With the Full Custom Build (option A), you pay a higher upfront cost but receive 100% ownership and complete handover of the product. With the Equity Partnership (option B), you pay a lower upfront cost, we retain an equity stake, and we manage and scale the product together as a collaborative effort.
Timeline varies based on complexity. A minimum viable product (MVP) typically takes 6-8 weeks. A full-featured product may take longer depending on scope. We focus on getting to market quickly while ensuring quality and scalability.
For Full Custom Build clients, we provide a handover package with documentation and optional ongoing support. For Equity Partnership clients, we continue to manage the product including further development, marketing, customer success, and scaling.
